- How does the free trial work?
- Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial. Nothing is charged without your approval — at the end of the trial you choose a plan to continue, or the account simply locks.
- What are team members?
- The number of people from your company who can sign in — owner, admins, project managers, foremen and crew. The limit is enforced: Starter includes 3, Professional 7, Business 20.
- What is the client portal?
- A place your clients sign in to review selections, sign documents and see progress. It is included on Professional and Business.
- What is AI photo tagging?
- An optional add-on that auto-tags jobsite photos so they are easy to find. $20/month for up to 1,500 photos, a hard cap — you are never billed for overage.
